Product Application

Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer Powder is polymerized by various macromolecule organic compounds, which is specialized for cement grouting and dry mortar. It has good ability with cement and other admixtures.Due to it can enhance the fluidity,strength of final setting time,and decreased the crack after mortar solidified,so applied in cement non-shrinkage grouting,repair mortar,cement base flooring grouting,water proof grouting,crack-sealer and expanded polystyrene insulation mortar.Further, it also widely applied in gypsum,refractory and ceramic.

1.When in use, the Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer Powder should first be evenly mixed with other dry powder components. During use, it should be mixed and applied in accordance with the construction and mixing requirements of different fields.

2. The recommended dosage is 0.05-0.50% of the cementitious material. The specific dosage should be determined through trial blending based on the application system and changes in the components of the dry-mixed material.

3. It has excellent dispersibility and fluidity for the system at low dosages. When the dosage is greater than 0.12% to 0.22%, the fluidity shows a very obvious increase. Pay attention to the accuracy of controlling the dosage.
